Because every item is made just for you, we can't accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size guide before ordering.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, email hello@unfortunatelyco.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or a refund.

Lost packages

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we will sort it out.

Wrong address

Orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly at checkout can be reshipped at your cost.
